ClinPro Trials™ Introduces Clinical Execution Assessment and Clinical Execution Diligence for Biopharmaceutical Decision-Makers
Two distinct services provide evidence-based findings for sponsors, boards, investors, acquirers and licensing partners.
SAN FRANCISCO, California — October 10, 2026 — ClinPro Trials™, The Compliance CRO™, today announced two distinct services providing independent assessment of clinical trial execution, regulatory compliance and material risk for biopharmaceutical companies and those making decisions about clinical-stage assets.
The services address a common gap: clinical trials are executed across sponsors, contract research organizations, clinical sites, specialist vendors and information systems, yet decision-makers may lack an independent view of how effectively those activities operate together.
Clinical Execution Assessment — Sponsors and Boards
For biopharmaceutical sponsors, ClinPro Trials independently examines clinical execution, sponsor oversight, data integrity, compliance exposure and inspection exposure.
For boards, the service provides evidence-based findings to support governance oversight beyond management reporting.
Clinical Execution Diligence — Investors, Acquirers and Licensing Partners
For investors evaluating clinical-stage companies and assets, ClinPro Trials examines execution risks that could affect the timeline or the investment case.
For acquirers and licensing partners, the service independently assesses whether what the data room shows is consistent with how the trials are actually being run.
“The data room is not the trial,” said Monita Dukhia, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ClinPro Trials. “Documents and results are important, but decision-makers also need to understand how reliably the clinical trial is actually being executed.”
Independence by Design
ClinPro Trials does not run clinical trials, assume sponsor accountability or provide transaction recommendations. It reports findings and materiality, not forecasts.
For Clinical Execution Diligence, access to sponsor-controlled information requires the asset owner’s authorization, and confidentiality and information barriers are agreed in advance where a company is publicly listed. ClinPro Trials remains independent of the sponsor and the transaction, never acts on both sides of the same asset, reports findings only to the commissioning party and undertakes no remediation work for the asset owner. Clinical Execution Diligence fees are fixed at scoping and are never contingent on the outcome.
